9th Fatality Recorded

On Friday night, May 16th, Nathan Dove, a 24-year old underground electrician, was electrocuted while repairing a shuttle car in Massey Energy's Aracoma Coal's Alma Number One Mine in Melville in Logan County.  Dove was from Chatteroy in Mingo County.  This was the second fatality in West Virginia and the 9th in the nation.
