HOBY

Last Friday, the Association participated in a panel with Bob Orndorf of Dominion Energy and an OVEC representative before the annual gathering of the Hugh O'Brien Youth (HOBY) Ambassadors in Charleston.  HOBY is made up of sophomores from each high school in West Virginia.  The students were very interested in and supportive of the coal industry.
