MATRIX TRACING SYSTEM ISSUED CERTIFICATION

CEO of the holding Group of Carroll Engineering Co and Delta Electric announces that MSHA has issued a certification number for the Matrix Tracking system for underground mines. Delta Electric has already received orders for 45 mines with another 25 expected before the end of the year.  Delta Electric has offices in Logan, Beckley, and Morgantown WV. Carroll Engineering is based in Harlan Ky. with offices located in Morganfield, Harlan, and Pikeville Kentucky. Wise, Virginia, and Jasper, Alabama.  Both companies have planned installations in progress.
