The WVCA Board of Directors had their “first ever” meeting at the Southern Community College in Logan on Wednesday. After receiving a guided tour of the facilities, the Board adjourned to private quarters to discuss Association business and to approve the associate membership of The Charleston Group of Citi Institutional Consulting, headed by Kelly L.
