Emergency Rule Filed on Chronic Aluminum Criterion

The Secretary of State has concurred with the Emergency filing, making the rule effective.  The rule will preserve the revised chronic criterion until the Legislature can act on a permanent revision as part of the WV DEP 2008 rulemaking package.  For a copy of the Emergency Rule package contact: jbostic@wvcoal.com
