Legislature Reconvenes Next Tuesday

The Legislature is scheduled to resume the Extended Regular Session this coming Tuesday (5/26).  It is anticipated that the budget will be completed before Governor Manchin calls them into a Special Session to consider other issues.  Many of these issues will be matters that were not completed or had technical problems during the 60-day Regular Session, which includes the post-mining land use bill that involves the Office of Coalfield Development.
