Rasmussen Opinion Poll on CO2 Emissions

America's Energy Security most recent newsletter reported that according to a recent Rasmussen opinion poll, only 34% of U.S. voters now believe that man-made CO2 emissions are causing global warming.  In contrast, 48% of the same polled voters "attribute climate change to long-term planetary trends," according to Rasmussen.  Despite this, the full Committee on Energy and Commerce of the U.S. House of Representatives is putting the finishing touches on a Bill this week that imposes strict and burdensome regulations on CO2 emissions from man-made U.S. sources.
