It is tournament time again and we are looking for FOC members who would like to award trophies at the different functions listed below.  If you have an interest or plan to attend one or more of these tournaments and would like to award trophies please give the Association a call so that we can coordinate with WVSSAC.

Rockefeller Introduces Legislation to Suspend EPA Greenhouse Gas Regulation

Bill aims to give Congress time to act.

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulation of greenhouse gases from stationary sources would be suspended for two years by a bill introduced Jan. 31 by Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.) and colleagues.
“I’m proud that today we took important action to safeguard jobs, the coal industry and the entire economy as we move toward clean coal technology,” Rockefeller said.
