Dan Pochick, who was the former Associate Membership Chairman on the WVCA Board of Directors and Rish Equipment (retired) president will be honored as the 2013 winner of the Lorenelle White Lifetime Achievement Award winner in Who’s Who in West Virginia Business. The 12th Regional WV CEDAR Coal Fair will be held April 28 – May 4 at the Harless Community Center in Gilbert WV. On Wednesday, April 17 at 11:30 a.m. in the Governor’s Reception Room, Governor Tomblin will be presenting CEDAR with a Coal Education Proclamation declaring the week as Coal Education Week in West Virginia. CHARLESTON – The 40th Annual West Virginia Mining Symposium, the region’s premier annual mining event, brought together nearly 800 industry professionals per day March 6-8 in Charleston to discuss current marketing and production trends, showcase new technologies and hear from experts and our political leadership.
